Engineering services package on process pipelines and equipment pre-commissioning and commissioning:

• Development of technical documentation (programs, instructions, schedules, and etc.)
• Process pipelines and equipment cleaning up
• Chemical cleaning of proces pipelines and equipment, including development of technical documentation
• Alignment of pumping and compressor equipment («cold» and «hot»)
• Vibration monitoring of rotating equipment during pre-commissioning and commissioning works

• Fit-up/ unfitting of flanged coupling to perform process pipelines and equipment pressure tests
• Final reinstatement of process control loops to perform commissioning and start-up
• Moment torqueing of flanged coupling on process pipelines and equipment
• Fit-up/ unfitting of flanged coupling on process pipelines and equipment during overhaul
• Cleaning of machinery (vessels, heat-exchange and tower equipment, and etc.)

One of the key activities of the company is to support the project/ facility with functional and proper scaffolds. Entech LLC implements project of any complexity meeting all requirements and scheduled timeframes in close collaboration with PERI, the German scaffolds manufacturer.
